Storing your Will safely in a secure location is a simple solution.

We will take care of your Will at a secure location for as long as required and release it to you whenever you like, or to your executors when appropriate.

We will provide Certificates of Safe Custody for both you and your executors, so as to provide a clear reminder of where your Will can be found.

Storing your Will?

If anything happens to your Will or if your Executor doesn’t know where to find it, you might as well not have written one. You need to decide how to look after it and let your executor know where it is.

Jacobs & Jacobs will ensure that your documents are stored safely and that you will have peace of mind knowing that your documents are safe. You will receive a storage certificate which will be needed to retrieve your documents.

We will register your documents with Certainty (who currently hold over 9 Million Wills), this ensures that your Will can be located should anything to us or we are not available.

Will Storage

£20.00 per annum

Your documents are Kings Court, and are fully insured against loss or damage. If anything happens to your documents, they will be recreated and replaced for you, free of charge.
You can access your documents at any time – free of charge. The documents can either be returned to your professional advisor or directly to you, using an insured delivery service.
